In July of 2008, the first Pacific Fish Grill opened in Chino Hills, California. The concept was simple, yet unusual: provide fresh, generous portions of healthy food at a reasonable price, without skimping on service or atmosphere. The goal was to bring a fine-dining experience to the fast-casual realm.

Our passion for food and desire to “WOW” our guests guides every decision. We are uncompromising in our commitment to use only the freshest, finest local ingredients available. On a daily basis, our guests can find us buying fresh fish, seafood or produce, as well as hormone-free chicken, and prime and aged filet mignon for the ultimate flavor and quality.
Each day, we make all of our sauces, salad dressings, salsas and breading in house from scratch. We use 100% cholesterol-free oil, extra virgin olive oil and flavorful herbs and spices. Each ingredient is selected for its quality, and plays a part in elevating our dishes to a fine dining level in a fun and casual restaurant.
